In the generally qualitative universe of the large known and recognized Chablis houses, or the large general merchants of Burgundy, La Manufacture stands out by an original and innovative approach.
Not having its own vineyards like an Independent Estate, the Manufacture will seek in the Vineyard and in the cellars the fruit of the work of passionate winegrowers.
With a rigorous selection, partnerships established over time, very qualitative plot selections, the vocation of the Manufacture is to be able to offer a clientele of connoisseurs nuggets which would have been unexploited or would have gone unnoticed.
We make it a point of honor to select our partner winegrowers who share our values of excellence and who also wish to enhance their plots with selective and quality distribution.
