Article 3: Order
La Manufacture undertakes to accept orders under the terms of these General Conditions of Sale and within the limits of available stocks.
La Manufacture will honor each order by delivering the products ordered according to the availability of the products at the time of the order.
Any order will only be taken into consideration after payment has been accepted by our banking organization. Any order that is not paid within 15 days after receipt of order confirmation will be canceled.
La Manufacture reserves the right to cancel all non-compliant or doubtful orders, as well as those of a Customer with whom there is a dispute relating to the payment of a previous order.
Article 4: Preparation of the order and Availability of products

Article 5: Delivery and Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are added to the amount of your order when choosing the delivery method. You will be asked to confirm the delivery address.
Your order is only validated when you have paid by credit card, check or Paypal depending on the payment method chosen during the purchase. Deliveries are made exclusively in Metropolitan France. The wines travel in packaging adapted to the transport of wine. Shipments are made from a dedicated logistics site and handled by the delivery service provider. The order is delivered to the delivery address specified by the Customer when validating their order. Important information: upon receipt of your order, it is imperative to open the boxes in front of the delivery person or the representative of the relay point and to check the accuracy of the delivery in relation to the order. The shipping time is set at a maximum of 20 working days after receipt of payment for the order. Unless otherwise stipulated, products are shipped within the time limits indicated above when the order is placed. If the deadline is exceeded, the customer can cancel his order and request a refund. Delivery times are average times corresponding to order processing and delivery times. These times vary depending on the destination and do not include public holidays or weekends. Deliveries may occasionally be postponed for climatic reasons, in particular during very high summer temperatures or very low temperatures in winter (no shipping above 28°C and below 3°C), where applicable, the postponement can be extended beyond 10 days. Lost package
When a package leaves our warehouse, it is sent by post or through Mondial Relay for orders of less than 36 bottles. It then takes 3 to 5 working days to be delivered. If 10 working days after dispatch of the package, the Customer has no news of his order, he must contact the site www.lamanufacture-vins.fr via the email services.clients@lamanufacture-vins.fr which will then open an investigation among service providers.
