Tasting comment: Wine with a color full of freshness with pale gold, silver nuances and some green reflections. On the nose, the wine is pure and frank with a fruity structure, citrus, white fruits, white mint, hazelnut, pistachio and a mineral touch upon aeration.
Food and Wine Pairings: Veal blanquette, pork with oyster mushrooms, cold meats, andouillettes with mustard sauce, rabbit with tarragon. Fresh and semi-dry goat cheese, Comté, Beaufort, Abondance. Fine grilled, poached, roasted fish, pike dumplings, monkfish with chanterelles, sole meunière, hot oysters with caviar cream.
