Tasting: The color is cherry red. The purplish reflections are typical of Gamay. On the nose, the aromas develop accents of small red and black fruits (redcurrant, blueberry). Full of vitality and enthusiasm, this Mâcon has a fleshy and spontaneous nature. Cheerful and fond, quite full-bodied in its youth, it softens and smoothes. Structure and texture have excellent hold. To be enjoyed fairly chilled.

Food and Wine Pairings: Fragrant, fleshy and lively, they go wonderfully with fine charcuterie, such as hams, terrines and pâtés, whose round and fatty texture is balanced by the liveliness of the wine. The same beguiling and softening role is achieved with fibrous and subtle meats, such as rabbit and boiled or braised beef. Also perfect with homemade hamburgers and tapas, to which they give liveliness and allure on the palate, Mâcon wines also accompany summer mixed salads, always thanks to their aromatic strength and their cheerful character.
